MILAN, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Cloudflare NET.N shares opened 13% higher in Frankfurt on Wednesday after it forecast annual and first-quarter sales above Wall Street estimates, betting on the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology to drive demand for its cloud services.
The shares closed up 3.58% in Tuesday's regular session, having fallen by 8.7% so far in 2026.
