** Shares of China-based CLPS  CLPS.O , which provides
consulting services to banks, up 3.4% at $4.20 premarket
    ** CLPS signs agreement with UniDev Software Co Ltd, a
Beijing-based IT services and solutions provider
    ** CLPS will hold 15% ownership stake in UniDev through its
wholly owned subsidiary ChinaLink Professional Services Co Ltd
    ** UniDev is focused on providing customized digital
transformation solutions to companies and banks in Mainland
China
    ** Stock up 33.5% YTD, as of last close
