CLPS Inc: Rises on strong H2, FY results

** China-based holding co's shares  CLPS.O  up 26.29% at
$4.9 premarket
    ** Co on Thursday said H2 rev, for six months ended June 30,
rose 37.2% to $46.8 mln  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPn42xWTfa
    ** Net income attributable to CLPS shareholders for H2 was
$600,000, or $0.04/shr vs net loss of $1.8 mln, or $0.13
loss/shr a year earlier
    ** Says FY20 rev rose 37.7% to $89.4 mln; net income
attributable to shareholders was $2.9 mln, or $0.20/shr vs net
loss of $3.3 million, or $0.24 loss/shr a year earlier   
    ** Attributes rev rise to increased demand for IT consulting
services from banks and other financial institutions
    ** Stock down 22.40% YTD
