The Company announces that it was notified on 11 May 2026 that Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company (the "Participant"), acquired ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 May 2026 under the Partnership Shares element of the CLS Holdings plc Share Incentive Plan. The Participant was awarded one Matching Share for each Partnership Share purchased.

 

The Ordinary Shares were purchased at a price of 50.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
