The Company announces that it was notified on 10 October 2022 that Anna
Seeley, Deputy Chair and Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased
34,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at
a price of 145.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 5 October 2022.
