listed below (an investment vehicle of the Sten and Karin Mortstedt Family
& Charity Trust), considered as a Person Closely Associated with Anna
Seeley, Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman, and therefore considered a
PDMR, carried out the following purchase at the price per share detailed below
on 22 March 2023.
