July 21 (Reuters) - Tsc Group Holdings Ltd  0206.HK  
    * Discloseable transaction: disposal of 49.05 pct equity 
interests in TSC Oil And Gas Services Holdings Ltd 
    * TCL agreed to sell 28 pct of equity interests in Qingdao 
TSC to Zheng Yuan Heng Tong (Tianjin) Petroleum Technology at 
cash consideration of RMB34.2 million 
    * Pursuant to Agreement A TCL agreed to sell 21.05 pct of 
equity interests in Qingdao TSC to Beijing He Ju Tian Yang 
Investment Management Centre for RMB25.7 million
