Brief: TSC Group says unit receives agreement letter from NEEQ

April 28 (Reuters) - TSC Group Holdings Ltd  0206.HK : 
 * Says TSC Oil & gas services recently received an agreement letter from the 
   NEEQ 
 * Says letter signifies the approval of TSC Oil & gas services' application to 
   list on NEEQ 
 * Says group has decided to restructure its business into two separate business 
   groups with immediate effect 
 * Zhang Menggui, Morgan, will be re-designated from executive director to 
   non-executive director 
 * Says subsequent to the above re-structuring, there will be changes in the 
   senior management team of the group 
 * Chung Man Lai, Desmond will resign from current acting CFO position and Lim 
   Joo Heng, Paul will replace him
