CMC Markets plc, (LSE: CMCX, "CMC" or the "Group"), a leading provider of online trading, announces that it has issued 83,346 new ordinary shares of 25p each to satisfy vesting of awards under the Group's International Share Incentive Plan. 
Application has been made for the 83,346 new ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. It is expected that trading will commence on 15 February 2019. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Group.
At admission the issued share capital of the Group will consist of 289,091,700 ordinary shares.  The total number of voting rights in the Group will therefore be 289,091,700. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Group under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
