NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND ANNUAL REPORT

 

CMC Markets plc (the "Company") announces that the following documents have
today been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
(https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) :

·      Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM");

·      Notice of Availability;

·      Form of Proxy for the 2025 AGM; and

·   The draft rules of the CMC Markets plc UK Share Incentive Plan and the
CMC Markets plc International Share Incentive Plan.

The above documents (excluding the rules of the employee share plans) together
with  the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March
2025 ("Annual Report") have also today been sent to shareholders in line with
their communication preferences and the Notice of 2025 AGM, Notice of
Availability and Form of Proxy have been made available on the Company's
website at https://www.cmcmarkets.com/group/investors/shareholder-information.
The Annual Report has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in
ESEF compliant format and is available on the Company's website.

The 2025 AGM will be held at 133 Houndsditch, London, EC3A 7BX on Thursday 24
July 2025 at 10.00 a.m.
