The Company announces that on 28 March 2025, Mrs Hervor Clark, wife of Nigel Clark, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 9,250 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 215p per share. Mr Clark's beneficial interest in the Company is now holds 41,160 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.26% of total voting rights.
