Appointment of Non-Executive Director

CML, which develops mixed-signal, RF and microwave semiconductors for global
communications markets, is pleased to announce that, further to the
announcement on 2 October 2023, Dr Nathan Zommer has now been appointed to the
board of the Company in a non-executive capacity, effective from 1 January
2024, following completion of the normal regulatory due diligence checks.

Please refer to Annex 1 for all further disclosure relating to Rule 17 or
paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Save for the information set out above and below, there are no further
disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph
(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the appointments of Nathan
Zommer, aged 75. Dr Zommer holds 592,010 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in
the Company representing approximately 3.67% of the Company's issued share
capital.

On 30 November 2016, Dr Zommer was appointed an independent non-executive
director of the board of Vonetize PLC ("Vonetize"), an Israeli company in the
streaming and Smart TV sector. Dr Zommer stepped down from the board of
Vonetize on 6 January 2019. Subsequently on 8 September 2019, Vonetize entered
liquidation. The liquidation case remains ongoing.
