Results of the 2022 Annual General Meeting

CML Microsystems Plc (the "Group" or the "Company"), which develops
mixed-signal, RF and microwave semiconductors for global communications
markets, today held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at which all
resolutions put to the shareholders were duly passed, except for resolution 10
which was a special resolution relating to the disapplication of pre-emption
rights, with the requisite majorities on a show of hands. Details of the proxy
and CREST votes cast are as follows:
