** Co posts Q4 adjusted EPS of 95 cents vs analysts' estimates of 94 cents, as per data compiled by LSEG

** CMS raises 2026 profit forecast to be in the range of $3.83 to $3.90 per share, compared with prior forecast between $3.80 and $3.87 per share

**The company's NorthStar Clean Energy segment reported adjusted earnings of 18 cents, compared to 3 cents last year

** In 2025, CMS  was up ~5%
