U.S. stock index futures inched higher in range-bound trading on Tuesday as bets
of a September interest rate cut solidified ahead of Federal Reserve Chair
Jerome Powell's speech at Jackson Hole later this week. .N

 ESc1  were down 0.02% at 5,628.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down
