        ** Danish shipping firm Maersk  MAERSKb.CO  has sold
20,000,000 shares in Norway's Hoegh Autoliners  HAUTO.OL ,
cutting its holding to zero, according to a stock exchange

    ** Brazilian retailer GPA  PCAR3.SA  has agreed to sell its
34% stake in e-commerce firm Cnova  CNV.PA  to its French
controller Casino  CASP.PA , it said in a securities filing ,

raised its offer price for shares in Vitesco Technologies

    ** BNP Paribas Cardif has bought a majority stake in the
insurance arm of Italy's BCC ICCREA under an agreement that will

    ** French water and waste management company Veolia  VIE.PA 
said it had agreed to sell its subsidiary SADE-CGTH to public

    ** Britain's Octopus Energy has bought a 12.5% stake in the
660 megawatt (MW) Walney Extension offshore wind farm in the
Irish Sea from a group of Danish pension funds, it said.
