July 13 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

    FRANCE/BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM 
    An agriculture ministry spokesperson on Wednesday told
France has chosen German company Boehringer Ingelheim to supply
the 80 million doses of bird flu vaccines needed for its
vaccination campaign to start in October.
    
    AXA  AXAF.PA :
    French insurer on Wednesday completed acquisition of groupe
assurances of Crédit Mutuel España.
    
    CNOVA  CNV.PA :
    French group Cnova on Wednesday provided an update on its
sales in the second quarter, saying the net sales amounted to
289 million euros.
    
    CARMILA  CARM.PA :
    Real estate firm on Wednesday announced an agreement to
acquire 100% of shares of Galimmo. 
    
    CARREFOUR  CARR.PA :
    Carrefour, Europe's largest food retailer, on Wednesday
announced an agreement with Louis Delhaize Group to acquire Cora
and Match banners in France. The transaction is expected to be
finalised in summer of 2024.
    
    CASINO  CASP.PA :
    The supermarket retailer on Wednesday said conciliators have
asked parties involved to submit revised offers by July, 14 at
latest.
   
    TOTALENERGIES  TTEF.PA :
    French oil giant on Wednesday won two maritime leases to
