** Shares of U.S. natural gas companies rise, tracking rise in natgas futures NGA

** U.S. natgas futures NGc1 up 4% at $4.105 per million British thermal unit

** Natgas prices rise boosted by record gas flows to liquefied natural gas export plants and forecasts for more demand than previously expected over the next two weeks

** Shares of natgas companies CNX Resources CNX.N gain 1%, Expand Energy EXE.O up 1.5% and EQT Corp EQT.N climb 1.3%

** ETFs United States Natural Gas Fund UNG.P adds 3.3% and ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas BOIL.P advances ~6%
