Brief: ONDA Entertainment to issue 5th series convertible bonds worth 10 bln won

June 28 (Reuters) - ONDA Entertainment Co Ltd  196450.KQ  : 
     
    * Says it will issue 5th series unregistered and unsecured 
private convertible bonds, to raise 10 billion won in proceeds 
for other fund  
    * Maturity date is June 27, 2020, coupon rate is 0 percent 
and yield to maturity is 2 percent for the bonds 
    * Conversion price is 2,308 won/share and conversion ratio 
is 100 percent
