    * Says it will merge with its wholly owned subsidiary H E&M 
Co.,Ltd, which is engaged in visual image production business, 
to improve operating efficiency and maximize synergy effect 
    * Says merger ratio is 1:0 between the company and its 
subsidiary 
    * Merger effective date is Jan. 10, 2017 and expected 
registered date is Jan. 12, 2017
