Nov 19 (Reuters) - Indian seafood exporters gained as much as 10% after media reports of Chinese government notifying Japan that it would suspend imports from the country.
Shrimp exporter Avanti Feeds AVNT.NS rose 10%, its biggest intraday gain in over two months, topping the list of performers.
An uptick in Chinese demand could offer relief to Indian seafood exporters, who have been grappling with steep U.S. tariffs that have weighed on shipments.
