Coats Group plc (the "Company") currently has 1,980,835 ordinary shares of 5p
each block listed under the Guinness Peat Group 2002 Executive Share Option
Scheme.

 

All options under this scheme have now been exercised or lapsed and the scheme
has closed. As a result, the associated block listing is hereby cancelled. The
Company has made no allotments under the Guinness Peat Group 2002 Executive
Share Option Scheme since the last block listing return was released on 15
October 2024.
