Director Declaration

Coats Group plc ('Coats' or the 'Company') notes that the shares of Princes
Group plc ('Princes') have commenced unconditional trading on the London Stock
Exchange with effect from 5 November 2025. David Gosnell (Non-Executive Chair
of the Company) serves as a Non-Executive Director of Princes, having been
appointed to its board in October 2025. David is the Deputy Chair for Princes.

 

This notification is made in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2).
