Director/PDMR shareholding

 

Coats Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 March 2025 that
Jacqueline Callaway, Chief Financial Officer and a Person Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), exercised nil-cost options over Ordinary
Shares of 5 pence each ("Shares").

 

The nil-cost options were awarded on 5 March 2021 under the Company's
Long-Term Incentive Plan and vested based on achievement against three-year
performance conditions ending 31 December 2024.
