Director/PDMR Shareholding
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
("PDMRs").
Coats Group plc notifies the following transactions by Directors/Persons
Discharging Managerial Responsibility, which took place in connection with the
non-pre-emptive placing of new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital
of the Company (the "Placing") at a price of 77.0 pence per share (the "Offer
Price") as announced on 17 July 2025.
As part of the Placing, the Directors of the Company subscribed for an
aggregate of 762,985 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the
Company at the Offer Price.
