("Finance B.V.") announces today that the following supplement has been
approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Base Prospectus Supplement dated 15 February 2024 to the Base Prospectus dated
19 December 2023 in respect of the EUR 5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note
Programme of Finance B.V. as issuer and Coca-Cola HBC AG as guarantor (the
"Supplement").
