Publishes 2023 Integrated Annual Report

Zug, Switzerland - 15 March 2024 - Coca-Cola HBC AG (the "Company") today
published its 2023 Integrated Annual Report, Open up moments that refresh us
all. The report highlights progress made on all aspects of business,
governance and sustainability during 2023.
