Zug, Switzerland - 15 July 2025 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC",
"Company", "we'), a growth-focused Consumer Packaged Goods business and
strategic bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company, is today holding the
second webinar in its series of Bitesize events for investors and analysts.

Launched in October 2024, the Bitesize events are deep dives into areas of the
business that are important drivers of Coca-Cola HBC's strategy and investment
case.

Today's webinar is on our Nigerian business, focusing on the attractive market
opportunity, the drivers of our performance in Nigeria, and the long-term
growth potential we continue to see for this market.

The webinar is intended to be educational in nature, and no new material
financial information will be provided. The webinar will include a
presentation and Q&A session with Naya Kalogeraki, Chief Operating
Officer, Goran Sladic, General Manager for Nigeria, and Dayo Adefulu, Trade
Marketing Director for Nigeria.
