Zug, Switzerland - 11 March 2025 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC")
announces that William W. (Bill) Douglas III, Independent non-Executive
Director, has been appointed as a director of Dollar Tree, Inc. (trading on
Nasdaq under the symbol DLTR), with effect from 28 February 2025.
