Launch of Issue of Notes

Zug, Switzerland and Amsterdam, The Netherlands - 26 March 2026 - Coca-Cola
HBC Finance B.V. (the "Issuer") and Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") today
announce the launch of a triple tranche Euro denominated 2.5-year, 4.5-year
and 7.5-year fixed rate issue of Notes (the "Notes"), to be issued by the
Issuer under its €10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, subject to
market conditions.

The Notes will be guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC.

An amount equal to the net proceeds of the issue of the Notes will be used to
meet the general financing and refinancing requirements of the Coca-Cola HBC
group of companies, including the cash component of the financing related to
the announced acquisition of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, which is expected to
complete by the end of 2026. For full details please refer to the Prospectus.
