·    Final Terms dated 30 March 2026 in respect of the €700,000,000
 3.375 per cent. Notes due 1 October 2028;

·    Final Terms dated 30 March 2026 in respect of the €600,000,000
3.625 per cent. Notes due 1 October 2030; and

·    Final Terms dated 30 March 2026 in respect of the  €800,000,000
4.000 per cent. Notes due 1 October 2033,

to be issued by Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. under its €10,000,000,000 Euro
Medium Term Note Programme, and guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC AG.
