Amsterdam, The Netherlands - 25 March 2026 - the Issuer and the Guarantor
announce today that the base prospectus dated 25 March 2026, in respect of the
update of the €10,000,000,000 Euro Medium-Term Note Programme, by Coca-Cola
HBC Finance B.V., as issuer, and guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC AG (the "Base
Prospectus"), originally established on 3 June 2013, has been approved by the
UK Financial Conduct Authority.
