Publication of Supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 12 November 2024

Amsterdam, The Netherlands - 12 November 2024 - Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V.
("Finance B.V.") announces today that the following supplement has been
approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Base Prospectus Supplement dated 12 November 2024 to the Base Prospectus dated
19 December 2023 in respect of the EUR 5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note
Programme of Finance B.V. as issuer and Coca-Cola HBC AG as guarantor, as
supplemented on 15 February 2024 (the "Supplement").
