TASHKENT, Aug 7 (Reuters) - Turkish Coca-Cola bottler
Coca-Cola Icecek has agreed to buy the Uzbek government's
57.1% stake in Coca-Cola Bottlers Uzbekistan, the biggest player
in the Central Asian nation's soft beverage market, Uzbekistan's
State Assets Management Agency has said.
Coca-Cola Icecek will pay $252.28 million for the stake, the
agency, which sold the asset as part of the Tashkent
government's privatisation programme, said in a statement late
on Friday.
