** Shares of shipbuilding and maintenance facility Cochin
Shipyard Ltd  COCH.NS  fall 6.5% to 559.45 rupees, marking their
sharpest intraday pct loss since Nov. 21
    ** Stock of COCH fell over 11% in two sessions to the lowest
in seven weeks since Nov. 2
    ** Nearly 1.39 mln shares change hands by 2:45 p.m. IST;
vols set to stay below 2 mln for 7th session
    ** The moving average convergence divergence (MACD) line is
below the signal lines over the last month suggesting bearish
momentum
    ** Stock up 56.8% YTD, as of 2:50 p.m IST
