 * Company proposes to raise approximately hk$78.12 million, before expenses Deal for subscription price of hk$2.00 per rights share 
 * Estimated net proceeds of the rights issue, after deducting all relevant  expenses are estimated to be approximately hk$75 million 
 * Net proceeds will be used for investment in listed securities and unlisted  securities in various industries
