March 14 (Reuters) - Code Rebel Corp  CDRB.O : 
 * Upon terms of merger agreement, crac will merge with and into aegis, with 
   aegis surviving the merger as a wholly owned subsidiary 
 * Merger agreement was unanimously approved by the company's board of directors 
   - SEC filing 
 * Post-merger board will consist of 7 directors and comprise of a mix of 
   certain directors of aegis and current company directors
