Codere jumps as unit files registration statement with U.S. SEC

** Spanish gaming group Codere  CDRE.MC  jumps 15%, paring
earlier gains of as much as 23%, after its online betting unit
filed registration statement with U.S. SEC regarding business
combination with DD3  DDMX.O 
    ** The proposed business combination is expected to be

    ** Codere said in late June that Codere Online will be
merged with a U.S. SPAC DD3 Acquisition Corp and listed on

    ** Codere shares are on track for a best day since June 22,
2021, when it closed 18.5% higher on combination with DD3
