    ** Co reports a profit of $0.09 a share for Q2 compared to a

    ** Q2 sales fall to $20.1 mln from $20.7 mln in 2019
    ** Rise in sales of branded and private label products to
large wholesalers and retailers across the U.S. helped offset
rev lost from closure of JVA's café, restaurant and food service
customers due to COVID-19 pandemic
    ** Says all factories continued operations during the health
crisis
    ** Stock down 29% so far this year
