Cofinimmo at all-time lows after discounted capital increase

** Shares in Belgian real estate investment trust Cofinimmo
COFB.BR slip about 5% after capital increase
** Cofinimmo raises 167 million euros ($175 million) via an
issue of 2.79 million new shares at 60 euros each
** The share price represents a 6.6% vs Tuesday's closing
price of 64.5 euros, and a 41% discount with regards to the
company's latest net tangible assets report, KBC Securities says
** Cofinimmo shares, trading at their lowest price ever, are
on track for its worst day since mid-May
