Australia's COG Financial rises on annual profit jump, final dividend jump

** Shares of consumer lending co COG Financial  COG.AX  rise
as much as 9.3% to A$1.70
    ** Co, in a brief announcement, says annual net profit after
tax and amortisation attributable was A$25.1 million, up 29% on
previous year
    ** Adds that excluding government subsidies, the jump on the
previous year is 41% 
    ** Sees an estimated  final dividend of 4.80 Au cents per
share, an increase of 15% on last year's full year dividend
    ** Stock has risen ~4% this year, as of last close
