Australia's Diverger jumps most in 3 years on takeover bid from COG Financial

** Shares of wealth management service provider Diverger Ltd
 DVR.AX  soar as much as 23.8% to A$1.300, their biggest
intra-day pct gain since Oct 2020 
    ** Co confirms local media reports stating it has received a
non-binding indicative proposal from finance broker aggregator
COG Financial Services  COG.AX  
    ** Says it does not consider COG's proposal to be superior
than the one received from Count Ltd  CUP.AX  for A$45.3 mln
($29 mln)
    ** Shares hit their highest since Feb 2021 
    ** More than 346,100 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of ~83,522 shares
