** Shares of IT consulting firm Cognizant Technology CTSH.O rise 7.2% to $72.68 premarket

** Lifts FY2025 adj EPS forecast range to $5.22 and $5.26 per share from previous range of $5.08 to $5.22 per share

** CTSH raises FY2025 revenue forecast range to $21.05 bln and $21.10 bln from previous expectation of $20.7 bln and $21.1 bln

** CTSH expects Q4 revenue in the range of $5.27 bln and $5.33 bln, midpoint of which is above expectations of $5.27 bln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Co reports Q3 revenue of $5.42 bln, beating analysts' average estimate of $5.32 bln

** Posts Q3 adj EPS of $1.39, topping expectations of $1.30

** Up to last close, stock has fallen 11.8% this year
