March 10 (Reuters) - Cogra 48 SA  ALCOG.PA : 
    * H1 EBITDA 0.9 million euros ($971,460), down 11 percent 
    * H1 revenue 8.7 million euros, down 19 percent 
    * H1 net result 216,000 euros, down  38 percent 
    * Plans to maintain a reduced level of production sufficient 
to adjust inventory to normal year-end and to ensure 
satisfactory profitability in the second half
