Nov 17 (Reuters) - Cogra Quarante Huit SA  ALCOG.PA : 
    * Announces the end of the exercise period of its redeemable 
share subscription warrants (BSAR) issued on October 25, 2012 
    * At the end of the exercise period of the BSARs, 1,942,050 
BSARs were exercised by their holders 
    * A subscription rate of 87.561 pct and resulting in the 
creation of 388,410 new shares at a price of 6 euros ($6.39) 
    * Throughout period, raised 2.33 million euros ($2.48 
million)
