** Managing Director V Prasada Raju resigns effective October 28; will facilitate smooth transition over next few months

** Management says recent changes in organisation due to several M&A deals over past few years; does not expect any "churn ahead"

** Creates new COO position to drive supply chain operations; COO to join soon

** More than 5.2 million shares traded, 3x their 30-day avg

** YTD, COHA down ~31%
