Changes to the Issuer's custodian and prime execution agent and related
changes to the transaction security arrangements

iShares Digital Assets AG announces that on 15 December 2025, the custodian
changed from Coinbase Custody International Limited to Coinbase Luxembourg
S.A. and the prime execution agent changed from Coinbase, Inc. to Coinbase
Luxembourg S.A. and Coinbase Ireland Limited (only for the purpose of the Fiat
Wallet). The changes to the custodian and prime execution agent, together with
the related security arrangements, are more fully described in the 1(st)
supplement to the UK Base Prospectus dated 10 December 2025.
