Collegium rises on share buyback plan

** Collegium Pharmaceutical Inc's shares  COLL.O  up 3.7% at
$20.2 in early trading
    ** Co enters Accelerated Share Repurchase (ASR) agreement
with Jefferies LLC to repurchase $25 mln of co's common stock

    ** COLL will execute the ASR as part of the $100 mln share
repurchase program authorized by its board in August
    ** Upon completion of this ASR, Collegium will have $52.2
mln remaining under the authorization - co
