** Shares of Collins Foods CKF.AX fall as much as 3.8% to A$8.450, their lowest level since June 24

** Stock down 3% at A$8.52, as of 0050 GMT; on track for its worst session in one week

** Co says it would transfer 20 of its 27 Taco Bell restaurants in the country to an affiliate of Yum Brands YUM.N

** Says remaining seven Taco Bell restaurants would be closed in the coming weeks

** Stock down 17.7% this year, including the day's move
