on Tues after co inks agreement with Israel's CollPlant
Biotechnologies CLGN.O
** DDD and CLGN to co-develop 3D bioprinted regenerative
soft tissue matrix for use in breast reconstruction procedures

** Cos believe combined efforts will offer superior
performance, consistency and safety due to their plant origin
and identical match with natural human collagen which does not
elicit an adverse immune response in humans
** U.S.-listed shares of CollPlant up 3.5% at $18.94 on Tues
** ~5 mln DDD shares have traded as of 1015 EDT vs 10-DMA of
~3.1 mln shares, per Refinitiv data
** Stock now up ~220% YTD
